Do my employees have to have a residencia?

If they’re a member of the EU, they can start work with their passport for up to three months, however, we then have to apply for a Social Security number and then they’ll need to apply for an NIE.

If they want to continue working past three months they’ll need their residencia. We collaborate with a local specialist who will take care of their NIE and residency applications, making the whole process much easier.
